Having started my love of Radio at HHR (Harlow Hospital radio) I volunteered for a Radio Station called 1017 in Harlow, as an assistant producer. I then became a Television Presenter for a Show called Psychic Today on Sky. I spent 11 wonderful years on the telebox, then became a presenter for Clacton Radio which turned into Beach radio. I did Totally 80s, weeknights and Saturdays was the Totally 80s Saturday take over where a listener would choose their ten favorite 80s songs and we would discuss what the songs meant for them. I also did a stint on the breakfast show as well as a Sunday night show called unsigned, whereby new artists submitted their songs and got the chance to hear their songs on a platform they deserve. The show totally 80s was syndicated to various radio stations around the UK and became very popular.
I am a regular at the rewind festivals, where I presented a Totally 80s special of backstage interviews from the festival which was the highlight of the year for me. I also presented the Totally 80s Podcast quiz. Because of a career change. I took a year off. I am now presenting Total 80s exclusively for Suffolk Sound I am excited for this new venture and cannot wait to get started!
