The Alexa Skills Application is developed and supplied on behalf of Suffolk Media Training Ltd.

Privacy and Confidentiality:The Skill allows you to use your Alexa-enabled device to communicate with Suffolk Sound audio stream, by voice, regarding playing the music. To use the Skill, you will need to speak commands and questions aloud to your Alexa-enabled device, and you will receive responses using your Alexa-enabled device. To use the Skill, no registration is required with Suffolk Media Training Group Ltd and we will not charge or ask for any payment. Once you tune in, you are authorizing Suffolk Media Training Group Ltd to provide information to Alexa.

Release of Information: by installing and using the Skill, you agree that Amazon may use your information to complete your request through Alexa, and you authorize Suffolk Media Training Group Ltd to share with Amazon the information we require to complete your request. Both Amazon and Suffolk Media Training Group Ltd use the internet to communicate with one another. If you do not agree that Amazon may receive and use your information, do not use the Skill. Suffolk Sound’s use of your information is governed by Suffolk Media Training Group Ltd Privacy Policy.

Changes and Amendments: We may change or discontinue the Skill or any part of it, at any time, with no notice to you and at our sole discretion. If we update these Terms and Conditions, the updated Terms and Conditions will be available in the description of the skill in your Alexa App and your continued use of the Skill will be understood by us as your acceptance of the change.

Accuracy: Alexa and your Alexa-enabled device were not designed or manufactured by Suffolk Media Training Group Ltd. Alexa uses software that was not designed by Suffolk Media Training Group Ltd and over which we have no control. It is possible that Alexa may not hear you properly, may misinterpret what you say, or may say something to you that is different than the information that We provided to Alexa in response to your question.

SPECIAL TERMS FOR SUFFOLK SOUND APP

Our “Suffolk Sound” app, provided by Zeno Radio may collect user data, which is used to learn about the listeners and improve the app(s). To understand how our “app(s)” are used we may use the service Google Analytics to provide us with anonymous statistical information about your use of our app(s). As part of our Google Analytics tracking we have implemented the following features: Google Analytics Demographics, Audiences and Behaviour

ADVERTISING

Ads appearing on our site may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile non personal identification information about you or others who use your computer.
