The Mark Exton (MeX) Show on Saturday afternoons  from 2pm to 4pm plays a mix of music from the 60s to today’s future classics  – it’s the place to hear your old favourites and tomorrow’s hits, Cheering up your Saturday afternoons.

Put a smile on your face as ‘The ‘MeX’ Show’ makes a stand against radio bland, With his Suffolk Lyric Master competition with a little help from Daz in Leiston / The Suffolk Sound Stretch / The BOGOF and MeX will also be speaking to the local people of Suffolk about anything, be it a charity organisation a business or maybe an interesting story.
